| Recent Review: | | Riviera Court Apartments is a small apartment complex and very nicely maintained.The new owners are very pleasant and directly manage everything, and really care about the tenants and keeping things in shape.They have been here several years.Our maintenance requests are taken care of with no problems at all.The buildings are in good shape and the apartments are large and offer a lot.There is no club house, exercise room or anything like that, but the apartments make up for that.There is lots of privacy as it is on a residential side street and has a private courtyard with patios, balconies and a decorative fountain.There are many long term tenants. |

| Recent Review: | | This complex has lost all respect for its tenants.I recently left and purchased a NICE home.The security deposit refund letter I received lists my reason for moving as "financial problems" which is so very far from the truth.Not to mention the terrible maintenance people, the suggestion to neighbors to video your dogs doing their business outside so others may make a $100 profit.It is no wonder you can barely locate contact information for the property...I would NEVER recommend this place!I did not feel safe with the drug dealer and drunk pocket rocket riding idiot who lived by me, nor the pawn shop owner, etc.Parking?There is NO visitor parking and if anyone parks outside your place, they put an impossible to remove sticker on the driver's side window to block your vision.People drive in the grass, leave garbage all over, do work on cars...The noise level is terrible.Between the motorcycles, hot rods and thin walls so you may hear the neighbors doing their business makes for many restless times.Handy Man is terrible, came in left a mess and a fire hazard which he never resolved.I had to do it myself or my clothes would have helped burn the place down. |

| Recent Review: | | I asked for a first floor apartment. I got one up only 6 stairs and I have a balcony. It's right over the row of garages that I know when people come and go because the opening of the door sounds like thunder. My towel rack in the bathroom bent in half the first time I straightened the towel on it. My first maintenance call took only one day to be repaired. The second one took two calls and two weeks. The third took three calls an "I give up" and a month and a half of waiting. Not one of them did I get a return call on so I would know when they were going into my apartment. They don't throw salt down after the ice storms and they certainly don't shovel any snow from sidewalks or steps. They don't trim the tree branches that nearly poke your eyes out when you go into your building. Can't wait to move!! |

| Recent Review: | | DEAR FRIENDS,TAKE MY WORD FOR IT..THE EXTERIOR IS VERY DECIEVING THE COMMUNITY LOOKS GREAT IT'S VERY NICE AND CLEAN ON THE OUTSIDE,BUT ON THE INSIDE IT'S {RAT-INFESTED} IT'S BUILT RIGHTAROUND A CREEK THAT RELEASE'S RAW SEWAGE FROM TIME TOO TIME,THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY CORDIAL IN THE BEGINNING JUST UP UNTIL YOU SIGN THE LEASE PAPERS THEY OFFER UP COOKIES AND COOL-AID PLEASE CHECK YOUR CEILINGS FOR WATER DAMAGE AND CRACKS,MOST FIRE PLACES ARE INOPERABLE MOLD HAS BEEN A PROBLEM ALSO,THE WINDOWS ARE NOT SEALED PROPERLY MOISTER ENTERS LOW WATER PRESSURE,ALSO SO YOUR WATER BILLS ARE ESTIMATED..THEY DON'T READ THE METERS,THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN EVEN THOUGH THEY OFFER A COURTESY OFFICER THERE WERE ALWAYS HOME BURGLERY'S THE MAINTENCE RESPONCE IS SLOW...THE MANGEMENT TEAM BECOMES AROGANT AND QUICK TEMPERED...THEY OFFER A SPECIAL RATE IN THE BEGINING BUT ONCE THE LEASE IS UP RENT SKY ROCKETS..BUYER BEWARE!! |
