| Recent Review: | | There are a few positives about the The Boulevard.The swimming pool and surrounding area is great.The workout room is well equipped and the tanning bed is a great added bonus.Unfortunately, I don't live in the club house.The apartments are spacious, and the rent is very affordable, especially the 3 bedrooms.However, we had some uninvited roommates that were, and still are, virtually impossible to evict: Roaches.Very little was done to irradicate the problem, despite numerous requests.Other maintenance requests were dealt with promptly and fixed to satisfaction (except for a new sliding door that we've been waiting for for over a year.)My overall impression would be good, if not for the bugs. |
