| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for 2 years and will be leaving.1. Won't fix water problems2. Asbestos ceilings3. Washer/Dryers are always broken4. Staff is very rude and makes no attempt to take care of problems with tenants or apartments, parties are allowed dumpster divers are allowed garbage disposal was broken it took a month to fix it. etc.5. if these apt's were $400 a month it might be worth it but not for $600 a month!6. I agree with a previous review, if you don't speak spanish this isn't the place for you7. People with harley LOUD AS HELL guns engine to set off car alarms, kids playing ball in lot hitting cars, not enough parking etc.8. I could go on for ever, this is the worst apartment I've lived in and by far the worst value for the money.9. I've found a bunch of better apartments and better deals on line in the area.10. DON'T MOVE TO CARLYLE!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are ok and cheap, but the people that work there are rude and very inflexible.They also have ridiculously high late charges and are unwilling to work out a payment schedule.If you are one day late with rent there is a $75 late charge. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment manager is not lenient make sure your rent is paid before the first. I know of someone who was evicted for being 3days late on a remaining balance.And they allow some people to have broken,unregistred,flat tired vehicles parked and for others it is unacceptable. |
