| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for nealy 4 years.for the last 1 yearits sucked.1) chimmeny area has been leaking into the aptwhen it rains.) commen problem throuought the complex.6 months my place is not fixed.Water damage ceiling above fire place 5 months still not fixed.north facing apatments your heating will double in the winter you can hang meat in the bedroom and walk in closets.Front management look good but are f-cking dumber than sh-talways giving you an excuse.your asking the question why I am still here the first three years were fine now this place sucks I say find some where else to live.One more thing if they say its a great community dont choke the gate has worked one month out of the year.Dont blame the maintenance guys the are really good but as for the front office just take a look they might look goodbut so does steak.Another thing all appartmets have single pain glass in the windows you can here people talking having sex you can imagine whatelse.As for security forget it.AND THE FRONT OFFICE WILL ALWAYS FOB YOU OFF SAYING OH IM SO SORRY WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO ABOUT IT.FLASHING THEIR SHORT SKIRTS AND THEIR P---YS THEY ARE SO STUPID. |

| Recent Review: | | i've lived here for six months, and i hated it from the first month. do NOT let the veiw fool you. this apartment complex SUCKS!!! horrible constuction and repair lends the apartments to being extremely drafty, even when it's not windy outside, the office personel do not care that i have sever water damage in my apartment. the roof is leaking. and the GEESE!!! and the DUCKS!!!! the birds are not cleaned up after and they do thier business on the sidewalk, on your car, on you, on your things. what's worse is that the neighbors feed the birds (toppins, toppins!) which encourages the birds to stay. and squawk juts outside your bedroom window. at 5 am. every day.also parking is a HUGE problem. if you get home from wherever after 6 pm...good luck finding parking, the mangement does not enforce their parking rules. i have had to walk at leat a block to get to my apt every day for 2 months because someone is having multiple long term guests from out of state. and no one new has moved in, someone is just staying at someone else's apartment illegaly, causing everyone else to suffer.do NOT move here. or to an other builders inc. apartment complex. the anagement is absolutely horrid! i used to live at governeour manor, another builders inc apartment complex. and it's not the apartments that are bad, it's the mangement. they have not fixed anything in these apartments and do not plan to.BEWARE THE EVIL MANGEMENT!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Five days of unsuccessful attempts to fix a waterleak around the air conditioner and furnace.Wet carpet and temporarily displaced furtiture, not to mention time lost waiting for repairmen.Also puting up with days of stress, listening to a noisy blower, used to dry the carpet.Friendly staff, but incompetant. |

| Recent Review: | | Last summer my fianc? and I started looking for an apartment since we were going to get married in December. We came across Village Park Rockborough and were very impressed with the model of their 2 bedroom town home, not to mention the three months free rent concession! We explained that we had started looking early and wouldn't need anything until the end of the year and asked if they knew what concessions might be offered at that time. They went ahead and let us put down a deposit to hold the concession price until our move in later that year. The town home became vacant a month before we needed it so we were expecting it to be in clean condition upon move in. The toilet bowls had rings around the insides and pubic hair on the floor at the base, the bathroom drawers had eye pencil shavings and hair in them. The shower was the worst. There was soap scum all over the sliding glass door and pubic hair everywhere. Filthy to say the least. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed and there were small pieces of clutter lying around everywhere. This was reported and never addressed so my husband and I cleaned it ourselves. In February a pipe burst on the main level and leaked into our living room soaking our couch, living room rug, and of course the carpet. After several phone calls to the after hours maintenance we finally had some one come out. They came in the next day and brought out some buckets but it was a full week before the ceiling was torn out where the water damage was and replaced. It was never sprayed for mold and the carpets were never cleaned. On March 4th due to a heavy rain our upstairs second bedroom had major water damage from the ceiling down the wall into the carpet down into the ceiling of the kitchen underneath, down that wall and into the ceiling of the basement storage room. We were told there was nothing they could do until the rain stopped. They did bring in fans and a dehumidifier and said they would return on Monday. That Saturday morning while my husband was out running an errand and I was in the shower the maintenance came in unannounced let in the disaster crew to tear out the walls and ceilings and spray for mold. We called management and told them they needed to let us know when they were going to come by ESPECIALLY on the weekends. They said that they can't call every resident before they enter. We called everyday for the next two weeks to find out why no one had come back and only had one visit per week from the maintenance. After some calls from my husband threatening to call corporate we were promised to have everything finished March 19th. When we come home that night nothing had been done. My husband called again and said that we were going to be gone all day Saturday and that the job HAD to be finished and when we come home Saturday night nothing had been done. On Monday morning my husband called and said that he had taken the day off and was going to wait for the maintenance to finish the job. Finally on March 22 the job was completed.The other thing is the noise. We can here the neighbors partying on one side and the neighbor's baby crying on the other.Not to mention the parking isn't adequate for the number of people who live here. You have to come home early and stay at home if you don't want to have a walk.I wouldn't recommend living here. |

| Recent Review: | | This has turned into one of the worst places in wichita, ks.Loud parties, broken beer bottles, noisy neighbors. This mgmt. company took over one year ago and this place has fallen apart. I have lived here 7 years, and now I'm moving. |
