| Like the title says, they are a little ways out which makes them very affordable for what you get.The complex was very big and very nice. The apartment building itself could've done better during storms (gutters and siding would fling off in storms) but the apartment itself was very nice.Everything was new and clean. The size of my single was a little small and a diagonal wall takes up some valueable space. The double is a very common layout and is a very nice one (though the optional fireplace in both single and double takes up WAY too much room). I have three main problems. It is VERY close to the interstate. The nearby cars and trucks were VERY loud when sitting in the living room talking with friends, but you soon got use to it.Second, my truck was broken into and not much seemed to be done about it.I talked to them at the office (that person has since left and it is much better) and she wrote it down on the corner of a post-it note.I came in the next day and that person had no idea anything was wrong.I also tried to get a garage for a week or so since my windows were busted out but they were going to charge me $12 or whatever it is a week for one. Finally, the parking situation is HORRIBLE!!!They have hang tabs for residents but there are still not nearly enough parking spaces. There are plenty of guests who park in the residents lots, but even if it was residents only there wasn't enough space. My truck was broken into while in a guest lot b/c there wasn't enough space in my lot. Overall I would recommmend the apartments though.I never had any problems after the first break-in.A pretty good commute to downtown Cincinnati, but very close to shopping and food. |
