Free water and cable tv.I'm not going to lie and say that this place is a palace, but if you're looking for a place to save money, and move on to bigger and better things....I recommend this.For a girl in her 20's, I can say that I felt safe. The only complaint is that the maintenence isn't on top of their game. They keep the yards mowed, do pest preventions regularly, and change the air filters almost every month, but the tile in my kitchen wasn't laid with skill....to put it kindly, and the paint job is a little sloppy.Anyhow, don't sign a lease here if you are looking to start a family or future, but if you are looking for a place to save money, give this a go! |
