 Flournoy properties runs this 150 unit complex which lies in the borderzone.They have one maintenance person responsible for all turn overs and work orders.Their brochures advertise 48 hour maintenance for non emergency.The average is a month for things like plumbing, stove problems, door knobs (exterior) falling off...etc.

They do hire very hard working and polite office/maintenance staff, but they under staff and under supply as a way of doing business.
