| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is such a JOKE!1.The staff is so uneducated that I have to wonder if any of them even graduated high school! When you spell 'immediately' emmettietly, you have to wonder who is handling your money! Since I brought up the staff and money, it is quite unfortuate that the last manager was fired for stealing. hm...quality people we have running this place!2. The grounds are not taken care of at all! There are cigarette butts and animal feces all over and no one ever bothers to clean them up! gross...there is usually trash thrown all over the place as well. Did I mention the pool that isn't open yet, even though it is the middle of June? Hmm..wonder why that is? Well come to find out it is bc the pool can't pass the health code so no one is allowed to swim in it....sigh..there has been a sign posted on the pool saying, and I quote, "Any resident caught swimming in the pool before it is open will be emmetietly evicted"-right....like I said quality educated people we have running this complex...3. Maintence is a joke. Try and get something fixed....ha....i've been trying for 8 months and i'm still waiting! My fridge is leaking inside so I basically can't use it. There has been a leak in my ceiling for months but no one has come to fix it.....funny that 3 months ago I typed out a letter of everything in my apt that needed fixed and had the manager sign it with a witness...well...three months later I call in a mad huff to ask why nothing had been done....the office staff tells me that "im rude" and that "she is going to hang up on me".....then the next day the manager proceeds to tell me that this is the first time she had ever heard of our problems in our apt...I really wanted to take that letter I had the SAME manager sign three months ago and shove it....ok....anyway....4.Some of the residents in the complex are awful! Kids are running around totally uncontrolled and no one cares. Screaming, shouting, loud music, trash....its awful...some of the residents here are complete trash...it's so awful.I could go on and on but i'll stop.....moral of the story...stay far far away!!!!!oh did i mention there is a convicted rapist living two doors down from me and no one bothered to tell me??? |
