| This company (Aimco) and the unprofessional magmt will make life miserable for those who register complaints. Although the location is good, the managemnt does not deal with maintance complaints well. I once found a service person who was supposed to be going through my bathroom repairing the tub going through the cabinets. I registered complaints with the BBB which never received a response from Chinoe Creek. I encourage all possible renters to look at the ratings of AIMCO on the BBB website. This For-Profit company buys apartment complexes that are older and tries to make big bucks from renters. After I complained three times, my lease was not renewed. The location is great, very close to UK, but if you are a paerson who will complain if things are not right and expect results, do not rent from this company. |
