| Recent Review: | | I think it is great for a college student. Quiet enough to get work done but still able to have a good time. However, if you are down stairs you can hear every step from upstairs. I think it great for the price. However, management is lacking I thought some of them were bitches honestly. However, maint. and housekeeping were very nice and always helped. I would rec. this for a college student or a fresh graduate. |

| Recent Review: | | First let me inform you about our staff. They are rude and non-sympathetic towards any problems you may happen to report. We have not had air-conditioning for the past month and a half now. Everytime I go to ask them about it they tell me it will be done that week. They have told me this three times and it is still not done! When asked if I could have corporates number, the manager, Melissa, told me she couldn't give it to me but that she could give them my number. That is a load of s@#*. The excercise equipment is broken, the tanning beds hardly work. The tennis courts have weeds growing up through the cracks. The volleyball courts have weeds all over them too. All in all my experience at Sonnet Cove has been an awful one. |

| Recent Review: | | I am writing this review wishing i looked at this site before signing a lease with Stoney Falls.I first moved into a 1 bedroom apt on the third floor and never had too much of a problem except my water heater never worked properly.Then i decided to move out and Stoney Falls asked me to stay so i thought i would just move into a bigger one bedroom apt which they found one for me and gave me a moving date.This moving date got moved 3 times becusase the current tenant kept moving her move out date.I waited and worked with managemnt until i got frustrated waiting and being put off.So i accepted a first floor 2-bedroom apt and out of this Stoney Falls got me into a bigger apt at more money.Then the nightmare began!!!The apartment above me had the noisest tenants because the walls must be made of paper! I heard everything thing they did to vacuuming to showering and knew every step they took and i was just waiting for them to come through the ceiling.Then after 6 months of moving into the 2-bedroom apt i received a notice that i owed for cleaning charges on my previous apartment.This was obsurd!!!! The apartment was cleaned head to toe and it was left in excellent condition.But after 6 months they could not prove it but to say the cleaning crew said it to be so.Lacy even admitted that they had made a mistake and that she was new on the job and the paperwork was over looked.I was still charged and then given a date by which i needed to pay or else.I still have not paid to this day and they have not said anything to me about this matter.How disfunctional can managementbe!Next my pipes burst from a laundry room that was not properly insulated and the pipes had been sealed so many times i am suprised that there was a way for the maintennce man to fix them.Maintenace then left a big gapping whole in my laundry with a draft that now i am heating the outside air with my $300 a month electric bill.Management says that it was my responsilbiity to contact them when maintenace did not ever come back to fix my wall after they told they would be back with in the week.Rob( the manager) states that he has to run 400 apartments and he cannot pay attention to every little thing.I told him i was not his secretary and i pay him as part of my rent for him to pay attention to this and for maintenance service.Stoney Falls has no problem dictating their agenda but they will not do anything for the renter.You are talked down to and no consideration is given to you. I cant wait till my moving date which cant get here any faster!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Management will not work with you at all,everything is your fault, and forget about your security deposit.Maintence leaves messes, when they show up, and you get to pay for it when you leave.Rob has a thing about intimidating women, he'll boss you around and won't listen to a thing. |

| Recent Review: | | In General this is a 30+ year old apartment complex with very poor maitentece and upkeep.Specifically in the six months we lived there the apartment flooded 3 times and the walls had mold inside. the floor was unstable and the apartments around us were all down, ie unrentable. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived at the Mansions for 1 year and never had problems with the staff or security. The apt. itself was adequate with a great washer/dryer. My apt. did have one major problem though:mice. I had lots of them before I moved out.One bad thing: when you move out, they will nickle and dime you out of your deposit. Every thing is $35 (clean sink, tub, floor, etc.). I used Rug Doctor, clean all messes, etc. I was assessed $350 in damages. It's the first time I never got a deposit back. |
