 I rented a few years back and in the beginning everything was great. Towards the end of my lease I had racoons in my attic that the complex would do nothing about. I called a place that dealt with the little critters but they would not do the work. They proceeded to tell me that they had once put up traps before but Mallard Crossing refused to pay the company for their services therefore their was a law suit. I then tried to get the maintaince dept. to take care of it but they just blew the whole thing off. I then proceed to crawl up the attic to see if I could see anything and their were nothing but holes where they would come in at and be up there all night mating. So needless to say I had to hire an attorney and moved out but of course the complexgave me nothing but negitive feed back because of this situation. The staff is rude and not willing to help you with any of your situations. The only good thing about living at this complex is the easy access to the hospital for getting bit by a racoon in your sleep!!!!!!!!Oh another thing Malllard Crossing also said I put holes in their walls and the apartment was a disater when I left, that is simply not true. I loved my place until they pulled that stunt. I would just be very carefull if you decide to rent from this company!!!!!!!!!
