| I fell in love with Mallard Crossing from the start.The grounds were beautifully maintained and the apartments were spacious (although a bit drafty).A few of the staff people were rude, but for the most part they were very helpful and friendly.Recently, within the last 6 months, things have been going downhill and I am seriously considering NOT renewing my lease this summer.You can no longer walk in the grass without getting dog feces all over your shoes.I love dogs, but MC is breaking their own rules and now allows dogs larger than 50lbs. They are also not enforcing their "clean up after your pet" policy so things are getting really messy. On a more serious note, I have seen large aggressive dogs in our complex NOT on leashes.I hope that things change for the better since I love the location, but I am not holding my breath (except when I walk in the grass). |
