| Recent Review: | | Awesome location near Bardstown Rd.Very unique apartments.Appliances are worn.A/C barely works.Worst are the $150 gas bills in the winter just to keep the place at 64 degrees.There isnt any insulation and the windows are very leakey.When things break they generally come to fix them and the landlord lives in the building so it's not a problem to reach him.You're paying for the address.The parking isnt all that bad for living in the city. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here a little less than a year and have no major complaints.The office staff have been really friendly from the beginning, and despite it being a large complex, they know me by name.Maybe I'm just lucky, but I also have great neighbors, quiet and friendly.I'm not crazy about the metal stairs (noisy) but other than that, the apartment grounds are well kept and safe.The laundry room could be a little cleaner.For the price though, I can't complain. |

| Recent Review: | | Alright I just moved in to this apartment in Feb of this year, its my first apartment, and I hate it. The walls in the side bedroom are mutateing (they came and "fixed" them 3 times, its back in an hour) the ceeling in the bathroom is taped up, the shower is ducked taped up, the paint is chipping everywhere, the floors can not get cleaned no matter what you do, cant keep the heat in or out, I got charged with a violation for their crapy cable job, maintnance never does the job, they spend more money on light bulbs for the hallway then anything else, new light fixtures in the apartment need to be installed, one outlet in the living room (...yeah i dont get that either) locks rarely lock/unlock and if u need to get in its a $25 charge the deck is about to fall over, the outside of the building is nasty, and i wanna move but i have a lease so yeah im stuck with a shit hole (GET OUT HERE AND FIX SOME THINGS!!!) thank you... |

| Recent Review: | | I was supposed to be rentng a 1st floor studio apartment. After I signed everything I was reading to move in to my apartment. I was tricked they gave me two apartments with the same key! Somebody moved into mine and they stuck me in the basement. I'd already had moved everything from storage and was trapped I had to take it. The apartment flooded three times.I lost everything I own . There own lease told me I could move. They REFUSED TO LET ME MOVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION. The Louisville Metro Liscense and Inspections declared my apartment a HAZARD ZONE WITH 17 HEALTH AND SAFETY VIOLATIONS.pETERSN pOPHAM ERGENCY MAINTENACE never even came to drain the water out!!! it was became HEAVILY ROACH INFESTED!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Preston Oaks had a bad reputation, which made me not want to live here until I stopped by.The managementare some of the nicest people I have ever met.They truly care and are willing to help in anyway poosible, but they are sturn in contolling what goes on around here.Maintenance is great.I am glad that I moved here and very glad that I did not listen to the prople that told me not too.They were so wrong!!!!Very satisfied |
