| Recent Review: | | I have lived at BBP for 4 years and it has been wonderful.Occasionally you have loud neighbors, but that hasn't been much of a problem, the courtesy officer keeps parties at a reasonable level.While some of the interior work could have been done more professionally, the management makes an effort to maintain their buildings.The maintenance staff is top-notch with repairs made the same day or next if possible.The office staff has undergone numerous changes since I have been around, but as always they are respectful and wonderful to deal with.Location is slightly out of the way, but in driving distance to everywhere.Being from the country, this place makes living in Baton Rouge feel not too different from home. |

| Recent Review: | | I guess my review is a bit biased because i moved in a few months before a major remodel, which the management did not mention upon lease signing by the way.I also specifically requested not to have an apartment directly facing traffic-hell Sherwood Forest (b/c of the noise), which they promised me, they even let me pick out a unit from the available ones.But upon move-in day I was told there was a problem with the unit I chose & I found myself moving into one directly facing the street.I also had extremely loud neighbors who I had to bear for a whole year, even after numerous complaints.So with the combination of jack-hammers from remodeling, horns and engines from the street, and wall shaking music from my neighbors, I got little peace and quiet.However, I do owe generous thanks to the wonderful maintenance staff who came out on a holiday to fix my air conditioner in the summer heat.All I can say is check it out yourself, & you be the judge. |

| Recent Review: | | First of all, I did not like living in those apartments, when I first moved there, My bathroom sink was not functioning right, my bathroom door didn't lock, & I had sticky stuff on my floor that I couldn't get rid of, & the receptionist they had before was rude, & they are a ripe-offs!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Management is the absolute worse!Nice and friendly until you sign that lease.The apartments are built with cheap construction. You will hear your neighbors through the walls and ceilings.Less than desireable neighbors are taking over the complex. My car has been broken into twice!The pools are a disaster and maintainence is slow to respond to problems. I cannot wait until my lease is up to move out of here! |

| Recent Review: | | i had a leak in my kitchen for 7 months.by the last 2 months rain was pouring in.they kept telling me it would get fixed, but they didn't fix it. i left. they're high prices are because of surrounding real estate value.i didn't mind paying; just hated that they didn't take care ofthe above and had a serious waterbug problem in the summer despite their bug man coming by.they have a policy that if maintenance doesn't fix a problem, ur rent is free, but they ignored me.i complained to some apartment organization, but they forwarded my complaint to fairway view. what a way to deal w/ the problem. this was as of July 2004.maybe they improved but doubt it since they would just ignore me and didn't even apologize. |

| Recent Review: | | Whatever you do, do NOT rent at this place.The quality of the apartment is not worth the money.I was paying $910 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment that when I moved in was filthy.There was mildew chunks in the washer, water damage on the window, dust and grime EVERYWHERE.They were completely unhelpful whenever I had a problem.There was vandalism, armed robberies and prostitution occuring in the parking lot on a regular basis.The "gates" are a joke as they do nothing in preventing people from coming in and out of the complex at their own free will.And the real kick came at the end of the lease.My roommate and I had problems (she's a real b***h basically) and I did not trust her to give me my half of the deposit if it would all be sent to her.So I asked the Gates upon moving out what would happen.I was assured that I would receive a call about it on Monday.Friday came with no call that entire week.So I called them and they would give me no information on what would happen to my money other than my roommate had not vacated the apartment and I would have to take up the deposit issue with her.So basically, they screw me out of my money.I have never lived at a complex that was so rude to their residents!Save yourself a lot of time, frustration and money and rent ANYWHERE but here. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived in 4 apartments in Baton Rouge, and this one is by far my favorite, unfortunatley I have to move, for reasons that have nothing to do with Hidden Pointe.The staff is super friendly, they genuinely care whether my stay here is pleasent.The grounds are clean and attractive, the units spacious and well painted and floored, and there is no place quieter.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! |
