Recent Review:Geez, where to start. If you need somthing near the local university and you're moving out for the first time, then this may be fine.OTherwise, run, as fast as you can.

I see here I must choose 'Years Lived at this apartment'.This will give myself away, mainly because I've been here awhile and most people don't stay, for a reason.

Expect noise from any nearby apartment to leak into your bedroom at any time of night constantly.Heaven forbid if you live in an apartment near the parking lot, which by the way is two seperate parking lots. The second one is across the street and both are full of dance club music from vehicles around midnight.

So I thought I could just call security right? Wrong. If you do, someone gets on the phone asking you what is wrong, and if that person feels like it's important to them, then they may call a local security guard to check it out.Needless to say, don't count on that.

The worst part of living here is three things.

1) They don't hold up to their so called 'policies' that they put in place for noise, trash in the hall way, junk in front of people's door, or pets in apartments.

2) The dumpster is located near another apartment complex. Therefore, other apartment tenants illegally dump their own garbage there constantly filling up the dumpster. They explain that there is nothing they can do, but then do nothing to try. This dumpster is always overflowing with trash.Seriously, I have to walk around and through garbage just to get to the dumpster. It's like spilled out everywhere. You'd think the management would do something to help.NO.Check this out. They make it worse by dumping their own construction junk everywhere around the dumpster, making it even worse, with rats scurrying around everywhere. There are entire appliances just sitting out there, rusting away.It blows my mind. Therefore, there is this smell.Enough said.

And 3) the parking is horendous.Check this out. When you sign the lease, they mention to you about parking being tight. But what they don't tell you is that if there is not enough parking for you in their lot, you're screwed. That's right, they do nothing to accomodate their own guests. They even have visitor parking.VISITOR PARKING when they don't even have enough slots for their own tenants. What the hell? They are so greedy to get rent money from new tenants that they'll lease an apartment and issue out more parking tags than they have spaces for.And they just look at you like there's nothing they can do to alleviate the probelem.I've never been somewhere where the guests have more priveleges than the paying tenants.I've even been ticketed before parking in the lot myself because it wasn't a designated spot.

I saw that they've used the work 'remodeled' apartments.Whoa.That would not be the word I would have used to describe their handywork. They'll get some work done and leave half way through finishing it.And you'll never see them again. So you're left to deal with it.More than at least 3 times you will have to put a request for maintenance. They'll make some excuses and continue on.

Oh but wait, they do take responsibility for a few things.Making sure their rent is received on time, making sure you sign their lease on time,or anything for that matter that benefits them. That's about all they actually make a priority.

This is one of my favorites.Everyone received a notice saying that maintenance may 'examine' your apartment and will come in to do routine checks. They justified this activity by using the excuse of needing to fix things.Yet, kindly at the end of the notice, it says that if your apartment isn't in the shape or tidiness they expect, then they have the right to warn you about a future eviction. All of this coming from the management that allows a dumpster to overflow into another zipcode and maintenance that dumps their wasteful garbage water all over the parking lot.And their worried about others? These people just have no respect for anyone that lives there.

This is all on top of mornings when they'll shut off the power and no warning, mornings when they shut off the water (that's right, no shower in the morning) and no warning, maintenance will wash or mop and dump their soapy, trash filled bucket all over the parking lot making it impossible not to get wet getting to your car, constantly have construction equipment lying around everywhere.

Summary:This place is headed for a serious lawsuit.I hope they get it.

Recent Review:The walls are quite "paper thin"!!!You can hear your neighbors' conversations through the walls perfectly.A lot of noise from car stereos in parking area late at night. Residents enjoy having parties and playing loud music very late into the night.Management seems not to care about anything expect receiving rent checks on time.
