| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Oakmont for nearly 4 months now and am ready to break the lease and find a decent place to live.This place looks beautiful on the outside and the managers do a great job selling the place to perspective renters.Once the lease is signed however, the smiles fade.Don't bother filling out the move-in check sheet because it is meaningless.I had a few items that I would have liked to see repaired so I marked them on the check sheet.These items included major cracks in the kitchen tile, weather stripping missing from the kitchen door, and a bedroom window's screen needing to be replaced.After four months only the tile has been replaced and that took two and a half months to happen.When the tile was replaced, maintenance left my apartment unlocked for me to find when I returned home from work.I have filed other work orders with maintenance and I believe they are just throwing them in the trash can because they never get completed.The management has even stopped returning my phone calls about maintenance issues.Parking is ample because no one drives a car.Expect loud horns from the tenants' "ride" every morning and late into the night.Like I said, I've lived here for 4 months and will not be renewing my lease. |

| Recent Review: | | STAY UPSTAIRS AND FAR AWAY FROM APARTMENTS THAT HAVE KIDS IN THEM. I hear enough of the playing and sexual grunting when she is in her bed upstairs! Then again I think she might be a "prostitute" since she LOST her real job and then she already has 3 kids........ Go figure |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment itself is nice, all new appliances in each unit.Maintenance is good during the week, but if your air condition goes out on a Friday, you better make plans elsewhere till Monday morning.Pets are allowed but can only be walked in the backyard area which is not well lit at night, so that may be an issue for some. Oh, parking!! Each apartment is granted two parking spaces for parking, well, no one goes by that hardly. Depends on who you have living next to you. |
