| Recent Review: | | Id advise anyone looking at an apartment at Pelican Pointe Apts to really take a good look at the fellow residents. Also dont forget to check out the green algae swimming pool!My family still has several months of our lease left, but it could never happen soon enough...the quality of people has surely gone down. More thugs walking thru the parking lot, cars being stolen,and section 8 families moving in where the rest of us pay for the same amenities only to have the place trashed by young partiers and no gooders. This place used to be ideal and i would have recommended it to anyone, but now...NO WAY! |
