Recent Review: The apartment owners and managers are professional and very nice. Any problems will be fixed asap by their knowledgable maintenance staff. Apartments have a courtesy officer and try to keep parking the way that it is assigned. I lived at both Shang-ri-la and Malibu, and both are recommended. Malibu is a little small, but still run great!
