| Recent Review: | | Convenient living.Across the street you will find a great grocery store, dry cleaning, Hallmark, hair stylist, bank & great Chinese.1/10th of a mile you will find gas station, Pier 1, Trader Joes, Staples, Ann Taylor Loft, Talbots, banking, Automotive, etc...Right off of Rt. 2A and 15 minutes to Hanscom AFB.Positives:quick response time from management.Good job with landscaping & overall maintenance.Negatives:parking lot is a playground--kids are often running around--reversing & parking is like dodge ball.Apartments not well-ventilated--we have 4 air conditioners to maintain 75 degrees on the 3rd floor!!Neutral:laundry is available, but only one wash can run at a time even though there are two machines. Kitchen and bath need to be updated. |

| Recent Review: | | One thing I can say is parking was pretty good. Other than that, i hated this place. The neighbors were awful and the noise was incredible. I was able to stop some of it for a year but then it seemed to all come back again. I had many a run in with neighbors doing laundry at 3am despite the sign stating laundry was not to be done between 10pm and 7am. The one (1) washer and dryer per building was in poor condition. The buzzer to the apartment did not work and they never fixed it when i reported it because it was beyond what they could fix. The stove handle always fell off. One day i came home to my neighbors bathroom floor in my shower. The walls were paper thin and the floors must have been hard wood upstairs because the upstairs neighbors clog danced for hours at a time. Neighbors have no consideration for anyone, as a general rule. Threats and intimidation were the only ways to put people in line. I even witnessed the landscaper cover an entire row of cars with mud from a leaf blower and they just shrugged it off when they saw me. Management on the other hand was very nice if you called to the main office and she tried to resolve every issue and seemed genuinely concerned. Also, there is nothing in Acton except a pretty good pizza place. |
