| Recent Review: | | The views are lovely, the Owner, is another story. I've lived here thru 4 apartment managers (they even offered me the job once). Pros - Nice views, end of dead end street, moderately priced rent. Cons - parking for 1 car only, carpets are ancient (even when they replace them, they look ancient), maintenance is very slow, have to repeatedly call Mgr to get results, severe gaps around doors and windows (they are replacing windows, I'll give them credit), floors are coming up under the carpet (squeeks like hell), I can here my neighbor below me talking to his pet bird (pets are not allowed) without the need of any spy gear, and lastly, when receiving a letter that |
