Recent Review: While the apartments are nice and spacious, the AIMCO management team is totally incompetent.I had complained that the temperature control in the shower was broken and that I was getting scalded.They had someone check it within a few days and left me a note that they had ordered a new part and would have it installed in a few days.A month went by, and the messages I left were ignored.Another month went by and they still wouldn't respond.Finally, I had to call the local Board of Health to file a complaint.When I told the management that the Board of Health was coming to inspect, it was fixed the next day.More recently, they have been replacing the elevator in the building.They have consistently lied to tenants about when this would be completed.At first, they said it would take 10 weeks.Every time I asked, the answer was that it would be done
