Recent Review: I have lived in 370 Ocean Avenue (Building 2) on Revere Beach for close to two years and I have just recently moved out of my broken apartment.Water's Edge claims that they are luxury apartments with twenty hour security yet the security officers are asleep after 11pm on the couches in the lobby or the chairs in the gym/pool area. There is no protection for the tenants!The elevators are constatly broken almost every two days. The poor people that get stuck in those elevators often have to wait in fear for up to two hours while being stuck because only the main building (where the owner's daughter lives) is the building where they have a security guard twenty four hours per day.The other buildings in the complex only have security guards for few hours per day, they do not have more than three security guards and the owner's daughter does this so she can save money.Once again, Water's Edge in Revere is anything but luxury. It is false advertising. Majority of the apartments have termites and tenants have to wait for close to four weeks to have exterminators come in and take care of the problem.They charge $60.00 for the underground garage yet the garage doors are always broken and wide open! The so called 'security' cameras they have in the garage do not work. My neighbours car was brokenin the middle of the night while the security guard was asleep!The pool and the gym areas are unsafe and outdated. The gym equipment is unsafe and close to twenty years old. The pools are rarely ever cleaned. You can stop by and see it for yourself.Once again, this place is not luxury and it is not worth the money. Sure it is close to the train station, but this is not the only apartment complex that is near the T stop, there are two more.I would much rather live in a basement of a nightclub than ever rent another apartment at Waters Edge.If my review is not enough, please stop by these apartment buildings, find a random tenant and ask they how they feel about these apartments and how well the office people treat them.You will be horrified.
