| Recent Review: | | This is as close as you'll ever get (to the best of my knowledge) to country living within city limits. I am 60-something years old, and have lived in the Merrimack Valley all my life. My wife and her children moved here from the Berkshires last year. We both sold our very large homes in order to move into these apartments for" Easy Living.".......no more yard work, broken hot -waater heaters, etc! ..maintenance here is superb! Landscaping is well cared for, from sun-up to sunset, 6 days a week, and the pool area and grounds are kept immaculate! Everyone in the office goes out of their way to treat as though we are special guests at a resort. Price-wise, we did our homework researching various rentals within a 30-mile radius and found Providence to be very reasonable, especially considering the amenities! (such an indoor poolopen year long, with a lifeguard!)You get what you pay for...and all in all, we are very satisified with our apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | Before Providence took over, We were under Archstone..the best management I have ever met.They were curtious, polite, and undiscriminatory.Providence however, change all the rules making the pool and exercise room no longer free, but have to be paid for about $200 a month to use!!The management is horrible and very rude.I went to get a package one day and the woman in the office ignored me! I stood there for about an hour when she was on the phone!! Another this is that it takes Providence forever to fix things.I have constantly told them about the washers and dryers being broken.This was about 6 months ago!! My car has been vandalized many times, but security is a foreign thing here.This is the worst property management I have every experienced.I'm moving out this month when my lease it up.Please don't rent from here. |
