| Recent Review: | | where do i start??if you are looking for a luxury apartment...look elsewhere.i moved here cause i got a deal (2 months free).more like..i got the apartment for what the rent should be (actually, still more than what it should be).i'll go over my opinions of Washington Crossing...management - they're lazy, they don't help, they don't act on tennants complaints, they don't return phone calls, they really don't do much to help a tennant.they lost papers when the management team changed and claim it's not their fault.they really don't have a clue what's going on.the old management team was much better.if you have something to complain about...you'd be better of trying to fix it yourself.i complain, at least, once a week about something (i started off dealing with the problems...now that they've gone through the roof...i've decided to complain and complain).parking - random people park in my alloted spots and when i complain...the management doesn't do anything.they say |

| Recent Review: | | This is, without doubt, the worst place, I have ever lived. I have never seen a rental property so poorly run, nor a staff more apathetic and unresponsive. The problems at Pheasant Ridge are many, and there is no indication that the managment has any desire to rectify them! I will try to outline some of the many problems.1) The grounds of Pheasant Ridge seem to have a sizeable population of vermin (field mice, small rats..ect.ect) and the interior of the dwellings are inhabited by centipiedes, huge silverfish, cockroaches and ants! I have had to bug bomb my own apartment on more than one instance, paying out out of my own pocket. In short, the inside and outside of Pheasant Ridge is unsanitary to say the very least.2) The grounds features an unsecured swimming pool opened through out the summer. As no one is really monitoring the pool, non-resident groups wander in through out the summer. I have witnessed drug use among these non residents as well as public urination and intimidating behavior. I have never felt safe enough to use the pool myself because of this!3) The fixtures in the apartments are horrible. Air conditioners are filthy and electrical outlets have been known to easily short circut. At first, I thought that these problems were unique to me. I have since spoken to many other tenants who have told me that they too have had the same problems. All repairs are performed by an on premises |
