| Recent Review: | | Beautiful grounds and pool.Residents are friendly and usually very quiet.The management cares about the residents and took care of my problems promptly.The maintenance staff was very trustworthy and friendly and got the job done although sometimes it took a couple of visits.The apartments are roomy, but in need of updating.Fixtures are old and the cabinetry and countertop is dated, thebathroom has yellow tile.If that doesn't bother you then you definately will love living there. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved to Spa Cove Apartments from western MD in 2003. From day one was concerned with roach problem, over crowding in apartments, and overall condition of establishment. Only signed a second year lease because of promises of major impovements! It only got worse! I opened my cubbards to have roaches fall in my hair, I was watching TV and had roaches crawl across my screen. Managements answer was to have roach bombs sitting at my door for me to treat my apartment myself. I leave for work in the morning and have dirty diapers beside my car or there is vomit in the parking lot or actual human waste!!! No LIE!! I come home to over-flowing dumpsterw! All for $1000 a month. Now being threatened to be sued for rent because I am only giving 30 day notice that I'm getting out of here!!! Would love to go to court with the evidence I have of what its like to live at Spa Cove!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | This establishment yields poor upkeep, tenant support, & HIGH RENT for a half assed community. The dumpsters are overflowing at all times, the manager is great (upon arrival) then the attitude changes. I've had a broken front door, a leakiy faucet & ROACHES GALORE !!!!! I called the office to complain, & return home from work to find a couple of insect foggers on my doorstep. Tell me, is this MY F'N RESPONSIBILITY? NO ! The landlord is resonsible for this. Not once, not twice, not three times.....4 times it took for them to spray the building for critters....guess what....the nexy day, there was a baby roach INSIDE MY F'N PHONE !! This complex reminds me of Mexico. Dirty, Smelly, & full of illegal aliens.....Noone speaks english. Dirty diapers on my lawn, cerveza bottles allover the parking lot, loud hispanic music, & partying until the sun comes up. THIS IS NO PLACE FOR ANYONE WITH ANY SENSE !!! I pay $1000 a month for ALL OF THESE FEATURES !!! Not to mention the new management is giving 30 day notices to VACATE apartments so they can refurbish into condo's......BAD BAD BAD VIBE, CROOKED STAFF ....... I have 12 Mexicans living beneath me...in a 2 bedroom apt. TRY WATER GATE VILLAGE !!! A little more $$, but TRULY A BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY !!!! |

| Recent Review: | | THE HIGH RISE APARTMENTS AT WATERGATE ARE REALLY GREAT.BEAUTIFUL VIEWS , NICE NEIGHBORS AND WELL CARED FOR PROPERTY.THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS TOPS.I AM FORTUNATE TO LIVE ON THE WATER AND THE VIEWS ARE FOREVER CHANGING.MY APARTMENT HAS BEEN RENOVATED AND I TRULLY ENJOY LIVING HERE. |
