Recent Review: Bay Hills apartments looks like a simple apartment community at first glance. However, while the management constantly raises the rent by the maximum allowed by state law every year, the quality of living of the renters decreases. The on site rental office is run by unqualified staff that seem to have a turnover of about 7 months. The maintanance staff is equally unqualified, with the exception of an average of 1 employee every two years. The apartment also neglects to inform you of how thin the walls/floors really are. Children do not work well in this community unless on the bottom floor. Footsteps from small dogs can be heard through the floors. In fact, to avoid prospective renters from experiening this, they no longer allow renters with children to live in the unit above the renal office. All in all, this is a stressfull living situation if you have children. The biggest perk to this community is that it is located directly across the street from Broadneck Elementary school, and located minutes away from Braodneck High school.
