| Recent Review: | | In the beginning it was good, but then when it came down to getting things done, you are ripped off and ignored.As well as when you are trying to move the rental manager says things she is not supposed to.Also they continue to raise your rent instead of making the necessary improvements. |

| Recent Review: | | I spent six months in Baltimore on an internship, and this place worked out great for me.All units are furnished, plus they have options for short-term leases.I paid $600 a month + electric (usually no more than $15).Although the place is old, it's clean and safe.I can't comment too much on parking - didn't have a car.The building had some spaces for rent, though, and if you parked below 27th Street(2 blocks down) there was no permit required for street parking. |
