| Recent Review: | | Great location and very family oriented.I am on my second lease, but more so because I hate constantly moving and I can't afford a nicer area.I live in one of the split-level apartments and I STRONGLY advise anyone to avoid these at all costs. The heating system is horrific.Apparently, when Home Properties did their renovations they did not continue the duct work into the downstairs part of the apartment. The only heat that comes through is upstairs. With the large patio windows (THE NEW ONES replaced this year), the downstairs average temperature is about 56 degrees, during the coldest part of winter, and the upstairs is 90 degrees. To heat the rest of the house I have to jack up the temperature and open the upstairs windows because of the "sauna" like conditions.Maintenance is aware of the problem (they were the ones that told me about it) but the management company doesn't want to fix the problem. They just continue to lease the apartments and ignore the complaints.I have spoken with other split-level tenants and this is a common complaint for all of them.It is a shame, since the rest of the area is decent, but I can't take these winters anymore. |

| Recent Review: | | My experience here has not been pleasant. I relocated here and from day one have found management to be very unprofessional and at times rude. Telephone calls are returned at their convience only. The apartment itself is ok, not worth the amount of money though especially when there is no pool . They have several "tot " areas , but people here do have teenagers as well; what are they to do? At this present moment I'm having issues with them , I hope to be out of here soon...I will not recommend this complex to anyone. There are better places out there and more importantly, places with professional management skills |

| Recent Review: | | I LIVED THERE FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS AND PARKING SUCKED. YOU WERE ASSIGNED ONE PARKING SPACE AND YOUR COMPANY HAD TO PARK ON THE STREET WHICH WAS ON THE SAME STREET AS THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SO DURING THE DAY TIME YOU HAD A HARD TIME PARKING THERE TOO.EVERYDAY THERE WAS SOMEONE IN THE WRONG PARK AND SOME PEOPLE THOUGHT THE WAY TO HANDLE THAT WAS TO BLOCK THEM IN WHICH CAUSED SO MUCH CONFUSION. OUT SIDE OF THAT ITS A GREAT LITTLE COMMUNITY, ITS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND NOT EXPENSIVE AT ALL. |

| Recent Review: | | I live in a great apartment in Baltimore! It is the first floor of a carriage house. My landlord lives in the attached rowhouse. It is one bedroom, has a kitchen, bath, washer-dryer, living area, and front hall. The landlord pays for water and an alarm system. It is my first time living in a one-bedroom and I love it! It is only $700 a month. It has a dishwasher, and central air. |

| Recent Review: | | This is my full review, the other I accidently entered too soon.Hi my name is Andrew apt p-309I moved into my Studio at centerpoint in January05 and have yet to have any! complaints. All staff on hand are always willing and ready to help you in anyway possible, even the after hours security staff. I have yet to have a complaint. The security is incredible. The whole building is monitored 24-7 and the parking garage closes to the public everynight. The only way then to get in the garage is to use your parking pass or your building entrance card. The only way to get in and out of the building at any time is to use your access card through all exterior, and some interior doors. The apt. building is about 3 blocks from the water so in my opinion it is a safe and nice neighborhood. The staff works until I think 6 pm everyday. In the basement there is a very nice workout center, community bar that can be reserved for parties and social events, pool table, computers, couches, and a big screen TV. Everything is brand new and they have a great cleaning staff that keeps the building looking great. When I moved in they made the apt i rented look like it was brand new, I mean everything. Roughly a week after i move in i found 1 about quarter size light colored spot not noticable unless your looking for it, and when i told them, they offered to completely replace the carpet. I refused due to all my stuff was already in the apt., and they were able to do it with everything still in the apt and I agreed, when i got home it looked as if nothing had moved and there was a new carpet. One of my main concerns with the finding an apt. when I was moving was security, cause my girlfriend comes over and visits with my parrot while I'm out of the area with the military. I chose this building after 3 weeks of everyday apt searching because I felt like it would be a good, safe environment. I hope I have been of some help. If you have any other questions you can email me. Have a great day and goodluck apt searching. |

| Recent Review: | | Cons: Leaky, moldy hole in roof for nine months that landlord refused to repair (that is until our lease was up and he had to get the apt. in shape to release); delayed repair time on all problems; unfairly deducted portion of security deposit; landlord very hard to get in contact with.Pros: free laundry in basement; good heating. |
