| Recent Review: | | The price is really cheap considering the area. I wouldn't reccomend this place to someone with children because there is no place to play. Many kids play out in the parking lot which is not safe. Not a quiet safe area. But you get what you pay for. The best thing about it is the spacious walk in closets and dishwashers. |

| Recent Review: | | I wouldn't want to recommend this community to any of my worst enemies to live here. This community is a very poorly kept, andlow class of mamnagement and I would recommend it to be shut down or taken over by total new management, who would first clean out the enire residence of this community and rebuild from scratch, just as Wispering Woods (formerly Tidewater Village) has done. Believe me,Wispering Woods is now a quiet and well kept community up to this day since they've shut it down and done restoration years ago. Day Village now needs the same thing to happen as well. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in Doncaster for over 3 years and have had very positive experiences with the leasing office, and with maintenance. Maintenance has always been quick to respond, and the leasing office is always friendly. The buildings are well-kept and repairs are made efficiently.On the side of the neighborhood on which I live, the apartments are set up in the building so that it is nearly impossible to be bothered by neighbors! The only parts of my apartment that are directly next to my neighbor's are my bedroom and bathroom, and even having had several different neighbors, I can say that I have never had a problem with noise. I have lived in several other apartment communities in Maryland and this is by far the quietest!I would also like to comment that as a single woman, I feel particularly safe living in this neighborhood. I have never experienced, or seen others experience, any crime-related issues. Having moved from another property in Cockeysville MD, several years ago, which was high priced but had excessive problems with cleanliness, poor maintenance, and crime, living in Doncaster Village, a clean, safe community at a very good price, is a breath of fresh air! |
