| Recent Review: | | The staff is rude, incomptent and constantly changing. Maintenace is a joke. There are severe plumbing issues. Toilets are backed up for months, pipes are leaking causing ceiling to cave in (and they will not reimburse you for any damage that may occur from this). I had a waterfall in my living room on 12/31/03, it is now April 2004 and no one has even acknowledge the problem or the the electric fire that damage the apartment in Jan. There are mice runnning all through the apartment. There are so many cats in the community it's like visiting the City Pound. Oh yeah they had the nerve to sent a letter stating my rent will be raised from 699 to 775, if I should renew,yeah like that's going to happen.DO NOT LIVE HERE OR ANY MID-ATLANTIC COMMUNITY.YOU DESERVE BETTER LIVING CONDITIONS. |

| Recent Review: | | This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in.The staff are ditzy idots, they can't do anything accurately. Personally, I had to report multiple work notices until the maintence guys would fix anything. It really takes too long.Also, those dumb bitches lost my notice to vacate document and then tried to charge me for an additional month.I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy dealing with morons, living with college kids who party all night, or if you love listening to your super classy neighbors yelling at their crying babies to shut the f*ck-up.Seriously this place sucked.They'll offer you a $100 off your rent, but it's NOT WORTH IT.**I have no problem answering questions about this place, so I am including my email address.*** |

| Recent Review: | | The utilities were greatly outdated and could use replacing.I personally was outside what they called a "gated community" very small fitness center.Complaints are generally ignored by the management.I did not enjoy my stay here at Falls Village, hopefully this review will help others. |

| Recent Review: | | I am pretty sure that there are worse apartments, but I can't stand having mice in my apartment along with roaches and ants. They seem to come out when the weather is nice and in a mass abundance. As for maintenance, they could not be any slower. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but it is kind of hoodish out here. Prices are good. I guess it would depend on your tolerance and financial situation. |
