| Recent Review: | | Beautiful apartments, super friendly staff, great neighborhood... but it's a crap shoot due to the poor soundproofing between apartments.Many of the residents have been here ten years or more, which is do-able if you live next to people who are reasonably quiet and keep normal hours... or better yet, knit for a hobby and have no friends, lovers, or tv.However, due to the hardwood floors and lack of soundproofing, ALL sounds from your neighbors and stairways are magnified.Mgmt requires that you carpet 80% of the place (paid for out of your own pocket), but even with carpeting and thick pads, I can still hear when my neighbor's phone rings, when the tv is on, whenever the front door is closed, and even sometimes just a normal phone conversation!Not to mention the occasional louder event.I love everything about my apartment, EXCEPT I don't think my neighbors or myself should have to creep around or talk in lowered voices just to avoid being a bad neighbor.This is the least soundproofed apartment I have ever lived in (it's even less soundproofed than my college dorm!)Even with earplugs in, I get woken up by doors closing, footsteps on the super-echo-y stairwell, tv noise, and conversations.Unless something changes drastically, I will move when my lease is up.IF I can last that long! |

| Recent Review: | | I like Roland Ridge.I moved into the apartment sight unseen three years ago after relocating from another state.The staff has changed over a couple of times, but Southern Management does a good job of keeping the place nice and livable.I have great neighbors and the only reason I am leaving is because my new hubby and I need more space.As with all apartments, sound is an issue.I mean, really, you ARE sharing walls with someone!It's not a concrete structure, but the noise is bearable.Management is on it quickly if you have any complaints.I'm really going to miss it. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is the PITTS!!If I can save one person the aggrevation of this dump, it will be well worth the review.The outside is alright, I take it just to hook unsuspecting folks into the deepest depths of hell.They'll keep it clean until all vacancy are filled. After being locked into a 12 month lease, you'll find the dumpsters overflowing every week.Trash over the grounds and young children scratching and denting you car.Inside you'll notice that the field mice have inhabited the apartment before you did and multipling at an alarming rate.If something breaks...good luck!The maintenance crew are idiots and the woman in the rental office is a complete liar, she'll tell you anything just to get you to go away.Eventually, they will fix everything in your apartment, after you move out!!As you probably guessed they will allow any and everybody into this dump, without any regards for your personal safety.I'm just counting down the months for my lease to end, this place is just pathetic. |

| Recent Review: | | It is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in.No service, the place is allowed to deteriorate beyond belief.2 dumpsters in the entire complex and it's allowed to overfill every week.Never call the rental office, the woman there (Tawanna) is extremely rude and she'll tell you anything you want to hear, then won't deliver.Her unscrupulous maintenance crew are just the same. |

| Recent Review: | | This is the worst apartment I have ever rented. They are infested with bugs and mice. You can hear every everything from nieghbors.Management will do absolutely nothing to aid you with any complaints or issues that do not concern them. The construction is poor and the condition is fair. The heating and air units are substandard and do not do thier jobs properly. There are plenty of other apartments in the area. Aviod this one at all costs. |

| Recent Review: | | There's no place like home until the elevators break down.And God forbid they should replace the tv that was once in the so called gym ( main reason why I stopped working out there). It takes forever to get something done ...Cindy and Diane( Front desk ladies) are great but whats up with that late shift girl. What kind of folks would replace perfectly good storage doors before redoing other parts of the build....hint: like putting in NEW windows!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Price is ok.Maintenance is ok, but the office people are rude and liars.So many times they have lied to me.There have been many times that I called the office or stopped by during their business hours and they wern't there to answer the phone or there was a note on the door that said "be back in 10 minutes" and 30+ minutes go by and no one shows up.The one thing I dislike about the management company is their way of defining "late payment", instead of going by the post date, I was told they go by "when it reaches the desk." Whatever! |
