| Recent Review: | | WHEN I FIRST DID MY WALK THROUGH THERE WERE SEVERAL THINGS WRONG WITH THE APARTMENT I WAS VERY CONCERNED . I WAS ASSURED THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF IN A TIMELY MATTER. THE ALRM WASN'T WORKING AND THERE WERE SEVERAL NAILS STICKING OUT OF THE WALLS. I TOLD THEM THAT THE NAILS NEEDED TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIATLY BECAUSE I HAD A CHILD AND I DIDN'T WANT HER TO HURT HERSELF. THEY STILL DIDN'T TAKE THE NAILS OUT AND MY CHILD GOT SCRATCHED AFTER I INFORMED THEM MY CHILD WAS SCRATCHED IT STILL TOOK TWO DAYS TO GET THE NAILS REMOVED.I COMPLAINED ABOUT FEELING UNSAFE THAT MY ALARM WASN'TY WORKING 4 SEPERATE TIMES FINALLY IT WAS FIXED LAST WEEK AND I MOVED IN IN OCT. EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR THE ALARM AND THE NAILS HASN'T BE TAKEN CARE OF SINCE OCT AND NOW IT IS MARCH. AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP I'M MOVING IS FAST AS I CAN. |

| Recent Review: | | We really looked around Baltimore for the best value and found the Atrium quite nice. It's in the center of town just a few blocks from the Inner Harbor, and is a quiet little gem.Our apartment is quite large and rent is great considering most utilities except for phone and cable are included. The staff is great and responsive, and most issues we've had have been handled quickly. There could be a few more perks like a pool and pool table, but overall, our experience here has been positive. Now if only the rest of the area was rebab'd...Crime here is acutally quite low, and security in the building is AOK! |

| Recent Review: | | Super nice and helpful staff.Large apartments with lots of amenities and the most closet space I've ever seen.I have an apartment facing north with lots of windows and lots of light. The only negative is that the garbage truck wakes me up a lot of the time. Also, the air conditioning unit outside is really loud and it sounds like it is raining all the time.Otherwise, it's a great apartment in a really nice neighborhood. |

| Recent Review: | | An older building that upon close inspection shows its age.The common areas are not well maintained and cleaned regularly, especially on weekends. During the walk through tour, management does a good job of selling their "friendly" atmosphere. However, once the lease is signed, they go out of their to find reasons to collect additional fees and penalties.Be careful to get all of their promised services in writing because all of thier advertised services are not reflected in their lease. |

| Recent Review: | | I initially moved into this community while they were still working on it. The kitchens are completely renovated with great cabinets, modern refrigerators, dishwashers, and even and a great microwave and stove. The Bathrooms were renovated with poor workmanship. The apartments are said to be renovated...I see nothing more than paint on paint which is falling off. The apartments are relatively small and the prices are ridiculous. I moved in paying 760.00 for a one bedroom. In July 05 when the lease expires, it will be over 880.00 for a one bedroom. Keep in mind the only thing worth bragging about in this place is the kitchen. Some electricity is included provided you do not go over certain wattage. Gas, water, and trash disposal is included in the rent. The community exhibited a lack of planning when developing the property and is considering limiting the parking to ONE vehicle per home (absurd). Above all else, there is a security gate with a guard posted after 5pm until 7am and all throughout the weekends. The problem with that is when you have visitors trying to enter the property without a gate key you have to wait in line behind them until the security guard gets all their information (instead of having two separate gates, one for tenants and one for visitors). Also if you have any shipments coming to you throughout the day that can be placed outside your door, forget it...it is almost impossible for any postal courier to enter the community if you are not home. I believe the only one allowed to enter is UPS. However if you are home, there is an automated security system that allows your visitor to call to your homes, and you can grant him of her access. The apartments are poorly ventilated. If you were to stare from the inside at the door to an apartment, you can clearly see large amounts of light around the door, just as light gets in, so does cold or heat, and escapes from your apartment as well(higher heating/cooling bill).I have officially established the employees at the leasing office are complete imbesils. They have poor knowledge of the property and the response to every question asked islet me consult with the property manager. The parking lot rules are stern but great in my opinion. The only complain I have is how you are only allowed to park front end in when near a curb because the property manager does not want the sidewalk to endure damage from vehicles underbodies. There is however no carwashing, cleaning, vehicle maintenance allowed in the community parking. Overall, if you are looking for something close to a retirement home for the same price, the Metropolitan of Baltimore is it. |

| Recent Review: | | It is a little more expensive than the last place I lived, but i think its worth it.The location is safe, the staff is helpful, and it is close enough to the harbor to walk for dinner. When i moved in, everything looked like new.I had a problem with my sink 2 weeks later and the maintenance guy showed up within 10 minutes after I called. My parents even love my apmt! |

| Recent Review: | | If you do not like pets ,such as huge dogs, never live in this place. You will always see dog stool on the grass, even in front of your own patio. The rental office is bad. The price for the apartment is high ,but not worth it. Noisy neighbour with dog barking at 3,4 am.It is going to be a nightmare to spend a lot of money, but get nothing good.Do not chose this stink place |
