| Recent Review: | | Just wanted to say that I met a lot of nice people here. The complex it self needs some work but I found that the Rental Office and the Maintenance staff to be great and they fixed things very fast and on time. The apartment it self was good just needed some up-dates in the kitchen found that it was a great location to get to about anywhere. |

| Recent Review: | | I don't recommed this place.There wasn't enough parking in the court, and if you do get a spot you have to watch out for kids sitting onyour vehicle or playing ball.The parking lot also is not well lit, so watch out going to your house from your car.There are always cops around looking for someone, or aresting ppl.Our cabanits didn't close in the kitchen and you can always hear your neighbors talking/yelling.Doors to the closets were really hard to close, it they close at all.And the office staff is very rude when calling about a maintanance issue. |

| Recent Review: | | Unfortunately, it doesn't get much better than that. Numerous residents here have complained about break-ins in our apartments---without forced entry. That translates into someone coming in with a key. The worst thing about that is the nonchalant attitude management has about it. They brush it off as a minor inconvenience, although the local police department has confirmed that they have received multiple reports of the same nature. Maintenance is very slow to respond to repair requests (try 4 or more months without a response!). On the plus side, the units on some of the streets are very quiet and the residents are friendly enough. The drug traffic which seemed to be a problem within the last few years has seemingly disappeared. That is a definite plus. I can also say that I have not had any problem with insects, but mice can be an issue from time to time. A cat is a resident's best friend if you live in the units that are closer to the woods.If nothing else, the staff is friendly but sort of condescending. They do get to know you by name, though (that's because you will probably have to visit them on a regular basis to have them address the concerns you have in your unit). They tend to say whatever it takes to keep you paying the rent, but are not very good at producing results. I say it is a good place to move if you have to get out of your current living arrangement in a pinch and don't plan to stay for more than a year. |

| Recent Review: | | While Willowbrook was fairly decent when I first moved here, life here has been steadily declining. In the last couple of weeks, a rat infestation has occurred. Just to clarify, I'm not talking about rats on the outside. I have actually seen rats inside my apartment. I intend to move out before things get even worse. |
