| Recent Review: | | I first moved here in March '01. At that time, the staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Since changing over to Archstone I have found the staff to be lacking those qualities. Used to be a calm complex with courteous residents. Lately, it seems like Section 8 is moving in. Now...the final insult...they are raising the rent almost $100. More money, less service! Good sign that it is time to go. |

| Recent Review: | | The management (onsite and Corporate Headquarters) are rude, inconsiderate and condescending.I have two vehicles, but because of a rule I can only park one of my vehicles on the property.The other one is left outsite the gate.They did not tell me this when I first moved in.The water is shut off several timesa month.Sometimes, the gates will not open and I was late to work twice in one week because of this.There are just a few of the reasons why you shouldn't move here.But believe me, my apartment living experience here has been awful.Beware, it's not worth your money or your time. |
