						Recent Review: Noisy and obnoxious neighbors - rental office fails to correct problem and evict tenants; car and house/basement broken into twice; maintenance men seem to do more standing around and talking than maintaining the property; property mgmt will tow your vehicle for the smallest infraction; chipping paint, worm-eaten wood floors, mold-overgrowth in bathroom; no (adequate) washer/dryer facilties in cottages - tenant has to purchase own appliances to wash clothes; old kitchen appliances; apartment feels like an oven in the summer - no air circulation or central air; and, annoying, intrusive housing inspections every few months.Not much good to say here!!Stay clear of Mt. Ridge.You may save a few bucks, but you'll pay for it in aggravation and lack of sleep.

						Recent Review: Although the apartments are old and things break all the time. Maintenence comes quickly and gets the job done. The place is very quite and even though there are kids that live here you only see them getting on or off the school bus. The snow removal was excellent maintenence worked through the night sometimes to keep everything clear. Very inexepensive and overall a good place for someone young looking for their first place of their own.
