 The staff is helpful and the maintenance is really wonderful. However, the soundproofing is not so great and neither is the lighting in the parking lot. It is in a secluded area so, depending on the person, this could be peaceful or kind of creepy. The the rooms are nice sizesand prices are reasonable, but it only includes cold water.Overall, my experience here has been good thus far. I am moving next year only to find an apartment that is either cheaper or one that included more utilities that's all. Otherwise, staying here would most definitely be an option.
