I moved here almost a year ago, and am very sorry I did. The noise level is ridiculous, I have had to call the cops 6 times this year due to fights in the parking lot between all the rednecks who live here. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor coughing and opening cabinets. There is a crazy women below me who screams at her dogs at 6am every morning. I've been counting down the days since I moved in, and in a week I am out of here! Words cannot describe the excitement I feel to leave this hellhole. And don't bother trying to get something fixed, if the office even takes your call they're rude and unresponsive.Not to mention that the carpets were filthy when I moved in, covered in spots and cigarette burns.And I don't even want to think about how the bathroom looked when I first looked at it!

Cinnamon Ridge has nice apartments but in unsafe.Henderson Webb is the management and they are horrible.They are mean and will ignore you.I am a 22 year old female and someone broke into my apartment.they could have cared less and charged me $40 to change the locks.They are now ignoring me.Do not live anywhere that is managed by Henderson Webb.

I absolutely agree with the other reviewer.I had a great deal of payment-loss issues with the offices.You get 3 different stories by visiting their payment office, calling their help line, and visiting the local apartment complex office.The maintenance is very hit or miss.I had an issue last summer with my AC and it took a month and a half to finally fix the problem.They kept telling me it was my fault and giving me snide 'tips' to reduce the heat in my apartment (such as closing blinds).After a month they resorted to telling me to just 'deal with it' and that 95 degrees was the appropriate temperature.Just imagine hearing the words 'everything's fine' coming from a maintenance worker who's sweating profusely after being in your apartment for five minutes.Different parts of the company never talk to each other and the tenant gets lost in the mix, especially when it comes to maintenance issues that affect health problems.Only after four doctor's notes and a month and a half of daily visits from the maintenance crew did the home office give authorization to replace the entire AC unit.Never once did I hear an apology or a rent decrease, only accusations that I was being difficult.
