 The fliers and ads that are being distributed to bring people in are misleading.While the outside of the buildings look fairly pleasant, the insides are gross and possibly dangerous.There is water damage everywhere in the halls, the elevators break CONSTANTLY.If you want new carpets/floor tiles (which trust me, you do) make them do it before you give them one cent.. otherwise they will never do it (as I learned).There are noise issues, and the management deals with it in the most a-backward way possible.The business office and leasing office are filled with rude and worse yet, lazy employees.The so called gym has one piece of exercise equippment that is in working order.Lastly, this place will offer you a good deal on your first year, and then soak you- expect anywhere from a $50- $200 increase in rent- per month! (they wanted 1,468 for a one bedroom month to month- it started a $950).One good thing about the place is that there is a tasty deli and a convenience store inside the basement. I suggest not renting here, but maybe stopping for lunch here.
