 they boast a 'fitness center' and 'sauna'.if you ever visit this place, come see it for yourself.the 'fitness center' is one universal machine that has these worn cables and could really hurt somebody.parking is an absolute disaster.if you ever decide to go out for dinner or anywhere else for that matter, be home by 9pm or you'll have to park a mile away.they do have a paid parking garage that's full.it's a scam though because you're almost forced to get a garage spot since general parking is such a nightmare.there was a crime wave in the parking lot where widows would get smashed and valuables stolen.their management is incompetent.they always told me that i had an outstanding balance on my rent and they finally realized that there was an erred late charge from 4 months before.one elevator is usually out of order.there were a total of about 10 days in the past year where all the elevators were out of order and residents had to walk the stairs... i live on the 14th floor.i could go on an on....
