 The only thing I enjoyed about these apartments is that they are in a secluded area. However, I would not recommend these apartments, nor will I re-sign my lease. We can hear the apartment above us all of the time. Maintenance barely exists; it took 2 1/2 months to get a leak fixed. Very few staff members are friendly. When dropping off the rent one month, they barely spoke two words to me. The windows are drafty. The heating bill was monsterous due to the drafts. You would probably have to put plastic over the entire patio door to keep the heat in.
