 I lived at Grand Pointe Apartments for three years, between 2002-05. Unfortunately, the apartment's many attractive features (spacious layouts with lots of closets) were greatly outweighed by the building's rude mgmt. office. Every experience I had with the "revolving" staff was absolutely horrible. When every light in the parking lot was burned out, the staff still shrugged their shoulders at my requests and letters to have the lights fixed. Only after their staff brought me to tears in their office about how scary the parking lots were at night did anything seem to get done, but it still took months. We constantly walked around broken glass and garbage throughout the stairwells and fire exits. I even rembmeber one evening when the fire alarm rang straight for more than three hours. Teenagers loiter, and throw parties in the lobby and stairwells with no reprecussions, no cameras, no extra security. Living there was a hell I can't wait to forget.
