 I lived in this complex for two years.The washing facilities were terrible. There is 1-washer and dryer to be used by6 apartments per building. Horrible and half the time the washers aren't working!!The spickett that controled the flow of water to my whole building was in side my bedroom. I would come home and find that the guys were in my closet tumbling aroud to get to the pipes!Winter timeI personally had to sprinkle salt and my kids would shovel the walkwayto get tothe car just to avoid falling down !!!
