Ants (TONS all over the complex)

Hot Water Heater Exploded day we moved in, whole apartment under water, took them two days to fix it. And they had had five other go before that. Wouldn't they think its about time to have all fixed?

Elertical problems, two crossed wires, half apartment would go out randomlly. There guy came out twice to "fix" it and couldn't. I pressed for electrictrion and he finally fixed it.

Dishwater had frozen pipes

Inside doors, most coming off hindges

Water suddenly pouring from ceiling, it stops, they tell me they are going to fix it, two weeks go by and it happens again. I call emergency number four times at night, no response until next morning. Had to stay up all nigh bailing buckets. Went to office next day, they didn't even know about it, or that there was once of there guys here fixing it. Managment told me they would call and let me know when it would be fixed and what is going on, haven't heard a thing still. And this was a few weeks ago. Luckily the water did stop pouring down.

Today power went out, called and they said they knew about it. Waited an hour, hadn't heard anything and still wasn't back on. Called power company, they got it on in under 30 mins.

Save your self the trouble and simply look else where, they are trying to cut WAY to many corners. They only care about jacking up prices, not customers well being.
