For the price of these ''townhomes'' you would be better off renting in the worst part of Baltimore City.Cons:This ''community'' (if you may call it that) has taken a considerable downfall. There is no security. . .they have gangs that hang out on your corners. . .steal your belongings. . .terrorize the neighborhood and its residents and the management will do nothing about it, let alone the police. It looks quiet and serene, during the day -- that's why they are called Day Village. But at night -- whoa billy, battan down the hatches and lock your doors.Pros:Well I'll give them this. . . they have a nice new park. That's about the ONLY and BEST part of living in Day Village, the park. But there are parks everywhere and more secure communities with not so many hooligans running amok.Save your money and get a rental in a more decent community. Day Village Rates below 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. |

| Recent Review: | | I was shown a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony and water view on the second floor of the complex, which is just what I needed. I paid the application fee and was told I would get a phone call when approved. The next day I went to measure the apartment to make sure my furniture would fit....The following day I learned that I was approved to move into the apartment, but they gave the apartment to a tenant that now lives in another apartment on the complex. I spoke to the manager explaining that was an unfair practice and not very business like and not good advertisement for them. I askedthat they reconsider and she assured me the existing tenant would be asked to reconsider and stay in the apartment he now lives in and wait for the next available apartment with a balcony. How can the management show an apartment, take my application fee and than tell me they gave the apartment which was shown to me to someone else??? |
