Recent Review: We spent just over two years at Sherwood Crossing as model tenants.For the most part it was a positive experience.When we signed our lease there was a $300 leasing fee and also a $300 pet fee(which we have proof), non refundable.As new management took over, this money disappeared....Three months after we terminated our lease a bill for $125 comes in the mail, burner pans and shower cleaning.I feel that $600 is more than enough to cover this, but Sherwood feels it necessary to bill us since they do not have posession of the $600.Is this my fault?I think not.It is a shame that the bad experience we have had at the end of our lease will leave a lasting bad taste.For this reason, I would not recommend Sherwood Crossing Apartments.
