| Recent Review: | | I recently had to quickly move from my apartment. I had always paid my rent on time, and took great care of my tiny one bedroom.However, when the house ownership was transfered I found myself practically running from my once loved home.I was threatened (with a crowbar) and screamed at by a stranger who come to find out, was a new tenant, and friend of the new owner.He insisted I hand over my rent, in cash to him, which of course I refused (he could have been anyone, and he didn't know me).Things quickly escalated when the owner neglected to come to me and write up a new agreement as I requested on numerous occasions (He also didn't even know my name, or how many rooms were in my apartment, he even asked me, after he bought the house, how many apartments were in it (idiot).As a young woman, in my first apartment, alone most of the time, I was terrified.Locking my doors wasn't enough.I had to run home to my parents within days. |

| Recent Review: | | First let me talk about the management:Simply put: DON'T TRUST THEM! I lived there for six months and was lied to time after time after time. They put up a good front and make you think they are pleasant people, but Stephen particularly will lie through his teeth while smiling all the way to the bank... They frequently give you less than 24 hrs notice when doing maintenance on the grounds (like painting lines in the parking lot.) They once gave us only 12 hours notice that they were bringing an appraiser in to look at our apartment. Then when we were moving out, the manager agreed to let us out 14 days early with no extra charge. I thought that was great until after we were out and he told me that I wouldn't get my security deposit back because that went to pay for the 14 days rent! In other words, HE LIED AGAIN!!!!!Oh well. Another lesson in |
