| Recent Review: | | WELL IT'S JUST ABOUT A YEAR LATER, THEY THINK THEY FOUND THE LEAK THAT CAUSES IT TO RAIN IN MY BEDROOM WHENEVER IT RAINS OUTSIDE.I CALLED HOWARD COUNTY AND THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH ASHTON TO GET IT FIXED, SO IF IT IS FIXED THEY NOW HAVE TO REPLACE MY ENTIRE WINDOW...BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE TO ME THAT THEY WANT TO PAINT THE WINDOW AND LET IT GO...GEE, THERE IS MOLD GROWING, YOU CAN SEE IT NOW ON THE WALL, HAD TO BUY A HEPA AIR CLEANSING MACHINE..AND NOW THAT I'VE HAD THE GALL TO EXPECT MY WINDOW TO BE FIXED AFTER A YEAR OF FIGHTING, THEY DO COME TO MY APARTMENT TO FIX ANYTHING, I CALLED LAST SATURDAY (NOW THURSDAY) FOR THEM TO FIX THE BIFOLD DOOR THAT CAME OFF IN FRONT OF MY DRYER...THEY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING WITH IT, SO I'VE PUT IT OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT, THE NEW MANAGEMENT LIES JUST LIKE THE OLD MANAGEMENT AND THEY PUNISH YOU WHEN YOU FORCE THEIR HAND TO COMPLETE REPAIRS!!!! OH AND BY THE WAY...MY CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO 3 TIMES!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | The rent agreement is very vague....their pet policy is also very vague...they decide after you have rented from them for quite some time what they will and will not allow.They give you notices dated on the 12th, you receive it on the 25th stating you have 21 days from the 12th to clear up a matter you had no idea existed. No where in your lease does it specify that the policy has changed, nor have you spoke with anyone..you just get a notice that they have changed your lease by a typed letter..not even a legal document.They also gave us a top floor apartment after telling us we had one on the lower floors and now want to complain about the noise of the children going up 4 flights of steps...management leaves alot to be desired. |
