| I have lived in Dunhill Village for a year and a half and I have really enjoyed my experience here.It is a small, quiet community where you can feel safe having your children play in the grass area in front of the apartments.The staff and management are very courteous, and they try their best to be there to answer any questions and/or concerns that tenants may have. My only dislike about the apartment is that you often get the answering machine when you call the leasing office.Although someone may call you back, in my opinion it is a little annoying to speak to a machine when someone should always be in the office.Other than that, the tenants are very nice and in general the young children nare quite courteous. Most recently Grady Management has taken over the complex and is in the process of implementing new changes.A surveillance system was recently installed and assigned parking will be given to leaseholders by the end of this month, making it more convenient for them and their guests.If I were not relocationing out of state, I would probably stay here or within the nearby area.I have been satisfied thus far. |
