| Recent Review: | | I will never recommend these apartments to anyone.It is very violent.I live across the street from the rental office, and that is where most of the violence is.The staff is very deceiving.They are decorating the outside to bring in people, but they will not do anythingin the inside of your apartment.Please take it from me do not move around Cambridge Commons unless you enjoy the sounds of gun shots almost every night.This is not a place to raise your kids.All you see at night time is alot of "THUGS" hanging outside all night.I am telling you all of this because I wish someone had warned me.I am finally moving out of this horrible neighborhood.AlsoDo not let the rental office show you the showroom.Trust me it does not look like that.Be prepared for the mice that will roam your apartment.Believe me they will not do anything about the mice, but give you traps.My car has been stolen twice from the front of my house. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in Dunhill Village for a year and a half and I have really enjoyed my experience here.It is a small, quiet community where you can feel safe having your children play in the grass area in front of the apartments.The staff and management are very courteous, and they try their best to be there to answer any questions and/or concerns that tenants may have.My only dislike about the apartment is that you often get the answering machine when you call the leasing office.Although someone may call you back, in my opinion it is a little annoying to speak to a machine when someone should always be in the office.Other than that, the tenants are very nice and in general the young children nare quite courteous.Most recently Grady Management has taken over the complex and is in the process of implementing new changes.A surveillance system was recently installed and assigned parking will be given to leaseholders by the end of this month, making it more convenient for them and their guests.If I were not relocationing out of state, I would probably stay here or within the nearby area.I have been satisfied thus far. |

| Recent Review: | | OakcrestTowers is a beautiful set of buildings which has the very strong posibility to be everything they advertise it tobe.One of the most pressing shotfalls that needs immediate attention is Security.Hardly a night pass without private properties or the building itself being vandalised.They have a roving security guard which does nothing to help withthis problem.The staff is divided into two camps-The professionals who are always helpful and leave you with a smile after you talk to them and the others.who are just the opposite.Whatever happens pray that they don't send a maintenance man named June to your apartment.This man takes the art of shortcuts and rudenessto a whole new level. |
