| Recent Review: | | I AM WARNING YOU NOW, DO NOT MOVE HERE.RENTAL OFFICE CHANGES EMPLOYEES EVERY OTHER MONTH. I HAVE HAD TO TELL THEM HOW MUCH RENT I'M SUPPOSE TO PAY EVERY MONTH AND THEY STILL GET IT WRONG.YOU WILL NEVER GET A CALL BACK. THEY ARE RUDE.TEENAGERS HANG OUT LATE AND ARE LOUD. THEY ARE VERY HIGH AND THE APARTMENTS ARE LITTLE.THEY RAISE THE RENT MORE THAN ONCE A YEAR. THEY ARE OUT OF CONTROL. UNLESS YOU CAN DEAL WITH THE RENTAL OFFICE HARRASSING YOU WITH SOMETHING EVERY MONTH DON'T DO IT. |

| Recent Review: | | IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE PLEASE DON'T GO THERE.IT MAY LOOK GOOD ON THE OUT SIDE BUT BEWARE IT IS A RAT HOLD. THE REANTAL OFFICE STAFF CHANGE EVER OTHER MONTH ONLY THE ONCE'S FROM HELL STAYS, AND YOU WILL GET NO HELP FROM THEM AT ALL.THE CARPET WAS OLD AND WHEN I ASK ABOUT REPLACING AT I WAS TOLD WRIGHT A LETTER AND MAYBE WE WILL. THE BALCONY AND THE BATHROOM FLOOR IS FALLING IN AND NO ONE WAS COME TO SEE ABOUT IT.IF YOU DONT WANT TO LIVE IN A PLACE WAS YOU FEEL YOU NEED TO GET A LAWER JUST TO GET THE APARTMENT UP TO STANDERS DIDN'T MOVE THERE. |

| Recent Review: | | i lived there as part of the military set aside program and i second the motion ...im from the bronx and the projects are alot better then this place. this palce over 3 years had 6 different managements, go to make a complaint at the office and had to wait till the receptionist finished cutting the maintenece mans hair. car got broken into 3 times, light pole fell on my neighbors car. carpet was terrible stains, worn spots then i was charged before i mived for the carpet, i would compare this place to lorton prison but i think lorton has better service then here. and then the price what a joke for a hole in the wall.....pool yeah they have one but was never cleaned and usable till almost the end of summer. i would only use this place as a last resort meaning every other apt complex in the area was burned down then maybe i would still have to consider it. |
